How to rent a space or a series of spaces

4. Then select the new RE-ORDER button to order the spaces displayed on this order ( it will add the 2024 version of the spaces to the shopping cart )
5. Your shopping cart with the new 2024 spaces will be displayed and you can check out and pay from there.
Note: You can add or subtract from the shopping cart as desired ( Spaces that were unsold in 2023 are available to be added )
Regular spaces are 9' x 18' (both asphalt and grass) are $55.00 each
Corner spaces are $70.00 each
Big Lot spaces are 25' x 100' are $600.00 each
Manufacturers Midway spaces are 25' x 50' $300.00 each
Car Corral are $55.00 each
All regular spaces will be an additional $10.00 starting April 22, 2023.
1. To find a space to rent, click on one of the maps found at the bottom of the page, or download a copy by adding it to your shopping cart. Maps by zone or an overview map can be found at the bottom of every page. FYI: the entire meet is broken into zones 0 - 3A. ( hint: you can enlarge the map by holding down the ctrl button and using the scroll wheel on the mouse)

2. Once you have located the "Zone" you wish to rent in you can use the Space Rentals button to choose between the 3 different types of spaces normally available. Select from the dropdown as indicated below. Note: if you click on a type such as big lot and it does not show any spaces it means they are sold out.
3. You can use the selections on the left to select from the zone you want. This will show you the streets that are available for the zone. Such as zone 1 second street. Again, only spaces that are available will show. If you move you mouse over the space you'd like, Add to cart will appear and you can click it to add it to your cart.
4. Repeat this as many times a needed to reserve the spaces you need, ( FYI: a green bar will appear at the top of the screen to confirm your selection, if needed you can click the x on the right hand side of it to make it go away or keep adding items to the cart, the green bar will go away after 3 seconds in any event ), then click the shopping cart at the upper right hand side of the screen to view your selections and the total of your selections as shown below.
5. When you are satisified with your cart selections, please agree to the terms of services by clicking on the box as indicated on the picture above and and then click on checkout where you will be able verify your billing address from your login information, Your payment method and confirm your order.
Note: If you choose to use a credit card your billing information needs to match what is on your card. If you choose check or money order you need to send the check in to the indicated mail location so that it will arrive within 10 days, otherwise your spaces may be lost.
Also note that online sales are in real-time, so the spaces you specify may be sold by the time if you plan to register via mail.
Due to the change in webmasters, the clickable map to place orders is not yet available. The team is working diligently to ensure orders are accurate. This is a high priority but will not be available for the 2023 event.
We encourage all vendors to purchase their spaces in advance. There will be limited spaces available to be purchased at the Pate event at the Registration desk.
Portable toilets can be ordered at the same time as you order your spaces. They are listed under the Accessories - Rental in the left menu.
Private Portable Toilets (Regular): $95.00
Private Portable Toilets (Handicap): $110.00
Each portable toilet has a hand wash station. There are no separate had wash stations to be ordered. We recommend you put a lock on the door to keep the general public from using your toilet.
Please note: Portable toilets must be ordered in advance.
Swap meet spaces are not assignable except at the amount paid at time of purchase. Your space(s) will be designated with a numbered marker in each space. Your displays must be kept within the boundaries of your space(s).
Purchase of a Pate Swap Meet vendor space entitles the purchaser to use that space in its entirety. The corners of these spaces are marked on the ground, and the perimeter of these spaces extends vertically. If the corners of a space are in question, notify the Pate Swap Meet HQ or Security personnel.
Any intrusion into someone else’s space or into the street is a violation of Pate Rules and must be corrected. Failure to abide by this rule may result in expulsion from the Swap Meet.
Vendors must vacate their spaces by noon on Sunday. All parts left unattended after noon on Sunday are subject to removal by the cleanup
crews. Vehicles or other items left in an unauthorized space will be removed at owner’s expense.
How do I see my orders

Vendor packets will be mailed after April 1st. Vendors who place orders after March 31st can pick up their vendor packets at will call at the Registration building during the meet.
Vendors receive one pass per spot paid for.
Follow the signs to the Registration booth to pay for spots or vendor packects being held at Will Call.

Information during the week of the swap meet
Public Parking for the Pate Swap Meet is in the Texas Motor Speedway controlled main grass parking lot on the west side of the swap meet areas with entrance off of Victory Circle and Highway 114.
The Public Parking lot will be open 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Parking will be $10.00 per vehicle with no reentry provisions.
No camping or overnight RV parking is allowed in the Public Parking area. Contact the Texas Motor Speedway website for their camping and RV accommodations availability during the swap meet. No use of unauthorized motorized vehicles is permitted in the Public Parking lot except for handicap scooters'
Access to the Pate Swap Meet is free through Gates 3, 5 and 7.
Vehicle traffic by vendors or shoppers within the Swap Meet area is limited to the following:
Riding around in the swap meet areas can result in expulsion from the swap meet
There are mobility carts available to rent from Event Scooters
Driving within the Public Parking Lot will have a five (5) mile per hour speed limit enforced
Approved electric handicap scooters are welcome in the swap meet areas.
Electric mobility units (Three and four wheeled freestanding, electric scooters that are authorized by the federal government for access in public buildings) may be used at any time in the swap meet area. This is limited to wheel chairs, 3 or 4 wheeled electric scooters and electrical power chairs.
Modified approved electric handicap scooters and those that are home built are not allowed.
A single garden type trailer (size not exceeding 2 ft by 4 feet) is allowed to be towed behind a handicap scooter, but no multiple trailers. Use of a handicap mobility unit is limited to the authorized operator only and riders are not allowed on the vehicle or any towed trailer.
Handicapped Scooter rental is available; EVENT SCOOTERS RENTAL -OR CALL 877.588.4782.
To prevent noise during the late night sleeping hours, absolutely no vehicle traffic will be allowed to move within the meet area between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. The gates will be closed to keep traffic from going in or out during these hours and security guards will be on duty.
Information booths are positioned at gates 1 through 8.
Shoppers may pick up a printed copy of the Pate Times for their use as they enter the swap meet areas and request other information as needed.
Lost and missing persons and emergencies should be reported to Swap Meet Headquarters or to one of the information booths for assistance.
A parts hauling service is available for items purchased inside the swap meet areas that are heavy and/or bulky items. The Swap Meet field has seven (7) information booths in which customers may walk up to and request the parts hauling service.
Parts will be delivered free to the Public Parking Lot from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
There is also a single engine picker available. Please request this service at one of the seven (7) information boths.
Customers are to ride with drivers to pick up or drop off parts ONLY on the Golf cart. NO ONE is permitted to ride on the trailer. (Driver discretion in certain cases)
If the customer requests taking the parts directly to their vehicle in the parking lot and the parts hauler agrees, the parts may be taken to the customer’s vehicle dependent on queued customer demand. We are not a taxi service!
No customer will be able to flag down an empty cart and trailer for their use when other customers are waiting at an information booth.
The Drivers are not responsible for loading or unloading the parts on or off the trailer but may assist at their discretion.
Public Toilets are available on the north side of Petty Ave near Gates 3 and 4 and at alternating ends of a cross street at the swap meet area fence lines.
Vendors rent toilets for their private use within their spaces and should not be used without their permission.
No sale, display or exhibition of firearms is permitted on the Texas Motor Speedway property.
For safety of pets and the general public, pets are discouraged at the swap meet. However. any pets present shall be kept on a leash no longer than six (6) feet at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
No open fires or glass containers are permitted on Texas Motor Speedway property at any time.
Trailers, campers, and RVs parked within the swap meet areas are required to place at a minimum 1 ft by 1 ft, by ¾ in thick wood plate under the landing gear to protect the asphalt surfaces.
Contact the Texas Motor Speedway website for their camping and RV accommodations availability during the swap meet.
The Restroom/Shower building on Parsons Ln (south of Zone 0) is expected to be open as it is managed by TMS.

Vendor Access to the Swap Meet
Access by the vendors into the Texas Motor Speedway is from Interstate 35W, Exit 72 or from Texas Highway 114.
Entry to the swap meet area is through Gates 2, 4, 6 and 8 off of Lone Star Circle.
The Vendor Stickers are color coded to each of the four vendor access gates:
Gate 2, (Color Green) stickers only for access to Zones 3 and 3A;
Gate 4, (Color Coral) stickers only for access to Zones 2 and 2A,
Gate 6, (Color Yellow) stickers only for access to Zones 1, and 1A
Gate 8, (Color Blue) stickers only for access to Zone 0.
Each of the gates along Lone Star Circle will have a vertical flag in the color associated with that gate’s zones to facilitate access identification by vendors traveling along Lone Star Circle.
Vendors who plan to purchase their spaces on site or need to pick up their already purchased vendor space package need to stop first at Pate Registration. Pate Registration is located on the east side of the track (midway along the backstretch of the main track) off of Lone Star Circle. Lone Star Circle is a one-way street running counterclockwise around the main track, so it would be easier going to Registration by exiting onto the Texas Motor Speedway off of Highway 114.
Vendor Hours of Admittance
Pre-registered vendors will be admitted from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
Hours of admittance Thursday, Friday and Saturday are 7:00 a.m. to 10 a.m.
To make Pate Swap Meet even safer for our vendors/shoppers/buyers, all unnecessary vehicle traffic on Thursday, Friday and Saturday between the hours of 10 a.m and 5 p.m. is prohibited. After 10 a.m. all new vendors will enter through their appropriate gate and wait for a Pate escort cart to escort them to their correct space. This procedure could cause you a delay in getting to your space(s).
Please – all vendors, plan to arrive prior to 10 a.m. to avoid any delays or confusion. No shopping from your personal vehicles. If you purchased spaces to include room for your vehicle, you are to take it there and leave it there.
As with any large gathering, we have put in place regulations to help make this a safe and successful event.

The Car Corral is for running, operational road vehicles only. No parts or miscellaneous items and no oversized vehicles like motor homes, R.V’s or buses. Vehicles must be driven into and out of the Car Corral. Trailers or car haulers are only permitted in the staging area north of the Car Corral. Trailers and car haulers are to be removed from the staging area after unloading. Trailers and car haulers can be parked in the Vendors Trailer parling lot north of the swap meet on the west side of Lone Star Circle.
CAR CORRAL OPERATIONAL RULES
1. The Car Corral is for running, operational vehicles only. (No parts, Motor Homes, R.V’s, Buses or miscellaneous items.) (Pop up tents during daylight hours only, tents must be removed at night.)
2. The Car Corral windshield stickers must be filled out and displayed on the upper right inside corner of the windshield on the car driven into the Car Corral area. You will not be admitted until this is done.
3. There will be a sticker for each vehicle for sale. Stickers may not be transferred to another vehicle.
4. All replacement stickers will be issued at full face value.
5. Vehicles may enter the Car Corral between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7p.m. only, except Wednesday, when vehicles will be admitted from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
6. The owner is responsible for vehicle at all times. This includes the hours between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. when vehicles may be viewed, and between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. You may take your vehicle out each night before the gates close.
7. Vehicles must be driven into the Car Corral. Trailers or car haulers are only permitted in the staging area north of the Car Corral. Trailers and car haulers are to be removed from the staging area after unloading.
8. Neither the Pate Swap Meet nor the Texas Motor Speedway will be responsible for damages, injuries or accidents during the event.
9. The swap meet directors and the Texas Motor Speedway officials reserve the right to reject and/or eject any person or firm they deem as undesirable for any reason. The directors’/officials’ actions and decisions are final.
No stakes shall be driven into the asphalt surfaces anywhere on the Texas Motor Speedway property.
Weights should be used to anchor tents or awnings on asphalt or concrete surfaces.
Violators will be fined or removed from the grounds by Texas Motor Speedway security.
Generators causing excessive noise and fumes are prohibited. From 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and shall not exceed 70 dBA.
After 10:00 p.m., generators shall not exceed 45 dBA.
Loud generator complaints should be reported to Headquarters during the day and the Security Officer at Gate 4 after 6:00 p.m.
Texas Motor Speedway reserves the exclusive right to sell all racing and sport related souvenir items such as wearables, souvenirs, sunglasses, jewelry, tapes and like products.
Vendors who have questions about this rule must deal directly with the Merchandising Department at the Texas Motor Speedway, 817-215-8560.
A company/corporation that is exhibiting their company product will be allowed to sell wearables and other souvenir type products mentioned above that display their company/corporation logos.
